Notes: One row per request. case_type is the request type (e.g. 'Pothole', 'Drainage', 'Water Leak', 'Trash Dumping or Illegal Dumpsite', 'Missed Garbage Pickup'; flood-related: 'Flooding', 'Drainage', 'Poor Drainage', 'Roadside Ditch Maintenance', 'Storm Sewer Repair' — check distinct values with ILIKE first). created_local/closed_local timestamps: resolution time = closed_local - created_local. super_neighborhood (UPPER CASE) and council_district (letter) are already attached. 2011 is a partial year; 2026 is year-to-date. ~4% of rows have no geom.
