Notes: boundary_type: super_neighborhood, council_district, zipcode, police_beat, police_district, civic_club, hope_area, complete_community, tirz, management_district. Names are title case for super neighborhoods (e.g. 'Gulfton', 'Alief', 'Second Ward'); council districts are 'District A'..'District K'. Use ILIKE when matching names typed by a user.
